He is an industry expert in the financial industry. Mr. Al-Mubarak has more than 20 years of being CEO in the Saudi financial market. He was the Co-founder and CEO of Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) from 2004 to 2017. In 2017, he Co-founded and CEO SIMAH Rating Agency (Tassnief), the first Saudi rating agency in the Kingdom. He was also a member of the International Committee for Credit Reporting (ICCR) in the World Bank from 2009 to 2017 and a member of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) from 2014 to 2020 as part of G20 initiative representing KSA. He is also a board member in government and private (listed and non-listed) business entities in the Kingdom. He holds a master’s degree in Information Management and Finance from University of Westminster in United Kingdom and is a Certified Public Accountant from SOCPA

She is a seasoned practitioner in the Securities Business and Financial Advisory area. She has more than 25 years of Financial Advisory and Investment Banking Experience. She is currently the founder, Board Member (Chairwomen), and the CEO of Erteqa Financial Company, President of the National Committee for the Financial Sector and Insurance at the Saudi Council of Chambers, a Board Member at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the President of the Financial Sector and Financing Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. She is the first Saudi Female to be awarded the CFA in 2003. She holds an MBA in Finance from the American University in Washington DC and a BS in International Economics and Finance from Georgetown University
